I was going through some of the new entries, and I look at them and I see how well these people draw, be it on paper of a computer. Even people who can barely draw are submitting their art, and they put more effort into anything than I can ever remember.

Pretty much I fail at drawing anime/manga/chibi, I can't even draw my own species thought up in my head the way I want it to be drawn. I can't do realism, I can't even draw a basic circle straight.

Pretty much my only claim to fame is the wallpapers I make. I don't work on those, it isn't art, it's just a bunch of randomness all splattered together. At most, the longest time I have spend on one of those wallpapers was about 7 minutes. I put no effort into it.

While people tell me they're pretty and they like them, and even some have them up as their wallpapers, I still can't help but feel I am cheating them out of someone elses' real art. Someone who actually tries.

I've tried my hand at writing as a form of art, it doesn't go so well. After trying to write 4, that's right, FOUR different books, I always stop around the 6th chapter and get bored with it. I can't seem to make myself write what I have in my head, so instead I bitch about it here.

Instruments, are a no-go. I can pluck out some songs on a piano but that's it. Singing? Nope. 6+ years of chorus, and I can't hold a tune in a bucket. Is there no type of real art for the un-artistic?
